Hey There and WELCOME!
My name is Tara and I’m so glad that you stopped by my place. Please say hello and leave a comment if you like.
I love connecting with others that are trying to live a more “simpler” life. Not simpler in work but simpler by society standards. I am a homemade Mama! We garden, raise chickens for eggs and soon for meat, can and preserve our harvest, support our local farmers and try to raise our children to do the same in the future.
I’m so excited to be sharing my life with you! This has been a long time coming for me and it just feels great to finally be doing this. The pictures you see on my Home page are my family. People who have given and shared their lives with mine; they made a huge impact on my life.
As a stay at home Mom, I needed something just for me; my voice reaching out. A personal outlet to share my growth as a person. I am just a Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt and Daughter. A simple Woman enjoying life and living it REAL!
My Mom took this picture of me! Loved doing this with her! This was taken on a back road near both of our homes. We both are suckers for vintage photo shoots!
I have shared a little more about my history on the About Me page if you would like to take a peek.
Thanks again for visiting my blog! I hope you stop by my Facebook page as well and say hello!
Livin’ it Real,
Tara

I’m a farmers wife living in Essex UK. I run a cake business based here on the farm, using eggs from our own chickens and walnuts from our own trees. I also use all our own apples, gooseberrys, blackberries, pears and redcurrants to make jams and chutneys. You can’t beat homemade food!!
I’ll come back and visit your blog again soon xx
Sarah, I cannot tell you how great a compliment that is! Thank you very much!
