About me
What can I say about my blog?!? You won’t find any miracle cleaning formulas here or 10 minute dinner recipes that no one else has thought of. My garden has weeds and my veggies are not always easy to grow, my house usually has one or two rooms that need cleaning and my dirty clothes hamper is never completely empty. It’s just me and mine living it real.
I’m just a regular country girl that is striving for a more self sustainable way of life.

I want to pass on to you what I have learned from my family and from my own personal experiences. A lot of the ways of our ancestors are forgotten and with each generation lost forever. I hope my blog inspires you to try and get back to your roots, literally. Delve into your family history. There is a wealth of information and knowledge just waiting for you to grab and hold tight. I will share my stories if you share yours.

I just got to visit your web site and I love it . I always said you were a pure and natural young lady from the first day I met you so many Yeats ago. I believe you were still single then and now you are married to a great husband and father and two very beautiful girls. I miss are traveling days together but I am so glad you are doing your own thing and loving it. I am not working anymore so call and we can go to lunch some day.

It feels great being able to pursue something on my own and through this blog I’m able to share and do all of the things that I love. I miss working at RAM with all of you guys and YES I miss our travel days too. so many great memories there and with all of you! Would love to go to lunch with you! Oh I love this! Reading this just goes to show that all southern girls are deep down very much alike, especially the part about calling your father “Daddy” no matter how old you are. You have a beautiful life and family.
